Nirvana Codex

The complete guide to NirvanaRO — every system, every currency, every NPC. Welcome home.

Section 1

Welcome to NirvanaRO

NirvanaRO is not your typical private server. Most servers hand you a high rate and say “have fun grinding to max.” NirvanaRO removes the grind entirely. You log in, pick a job, and you are already at the endgame — geared, levelled, and competitive within the first five minutes.

This server was built for one specific type of player: someone who played Ragnarok Online 10–15 years ago, built a life since then, and now has maybe two or three hours on a weekend to play. NirvanaRO respects that. It was designed around real schedules, not around making you log in every day or fall behind.

The Three Pillars

🔒
Power Layer — Free, Forever
Every player gets Best-in-Slot gear the moment they pick a job. +14 weapons, Illusion armor, Temporal boots, endgame accessories — all handed to you, account-bound, at no cost. The playing field is permanently level, by design.
🏆
Prestige Layer — Earned the Hard Way
Mythic dungeons, weekly bosses, the Shadow Palace raid, Grandmaster job mastery — these reward titles, cosmetics, and server-wide recognition. Not stronger gear. You cannot pay your way here. You play your way here.
👑
Status Layer — The Real Economy
Rare cosmetics, exclusive titles, fashion sets, auras, Champions’ Row statues that bear your name — scarce, earned, and flex-worthy. Crystals buy cosmetics only. A free-to-play player who clears hard content is visually indistinguishable from a paying player, except by choice.

Built for SEA. Built for Us.

The server runs Bahasa Melayu alongside English. Festival events follow the real calendar — Hari Raya, Merdeka, Malam Jumaat weekly blessings, Deepavali, and more. The culture of the game reflects the culture of the players.

No Pay-to-Win. Ever. Gear is always free. Power is never for sale.
Section 2

Your First Steps

New characters land at the Valkyrie Hub — NirvanaRO’s central town. Everything you need in your first session is here within walking distance.

Step 1 — Talk to the Veteran Adventurer (valkyrie 48,20)

This is your “welcome back” briefing. Before you pick a job, stop here. Tell the NPC which era you played in — the NPC explains exactly what changed: Renewal’s damage formula shift, 3rd and 4th job skills, the Doram race, the Grade enhancement system, and the new Trait Stat block (POW, STA, WIS, SPL, CON, CRT for 4th job characters).

Tip: Even if you played recently, the Renewal explanation is worth reading if you last played on a Pre-Renewal server.

Step 2 — Pick Your Job at the Job Hub Master (valkyrie 44,36)

11 class trees. 38 final jobs. Every 3rd and 4th job is available. When you confirm your choice:

  • You become Level 255 / Job Level 120 instantly
  • Stats are auto-filled with a balanced preset (~80% done for your class)
  • You keep 15–19 free stat points to fine-tune manually
  • 4th job characters also receive 10 Trait Points to allocate
  • Starter gear auto-equips: +14 class-appropriate weapon, Illusion armor set, Temporal stat boots, and accessories
Warning: You get ONE job change per character. Use the Veteran Adventurer NPC first. If you are unsure between two jobs, test them at the Combat Trainer before committing.

Step 3 — Combat Trainer (valkyrie 52,36)

Three Sparring Dummies for open practice. Try your core skills, get a feel for damage, and figure out your rotation before stepping into real content.

Section 3

Currencies & Economy

NirvanaRO has five currencies, each with a distinct job. Understanding which wallet to fill — and what to spend it on — is the difference between feeling rich and feeling lost.

🛒 Adventurer Coins
“I showed up and played.”
The workhorse currency. Earned from kills, quests, fishing, Stamp Rally. Spend at the Adventurer Exchange (prontera 150,178) on consumables, buffs, and entry-tier cosmetics.
🏆 Prestige Medals
“I won hard content.”
Earned from WoE, World Boss rankings, Ranked Arena, MVP kills. Spend at the Prestige Emporium (prontera 152,178) on exclusive cosmetics. Medals never buy power.
💸 Zeny
“I trade with other humans.”
The player marketplace language — the Bursa auction house. Comes from mob drops and player sales. Value set by the community.
💎 Crystals
“I want to support the server.”
Purchased with real money (Malaysian bank transfer). Spend on gacha, boutique, VIP, Patron’s Gallery. Cosmetics only — no stats, no gear, no power.
✨ Glory
“Soft premium, earned in-game.”
Earned by melting gacha dupes, daily logins (+2/day), achievements, Malam Jumaat trifecta. Spend at the Glory Exchange on vaulted cosmetics. Does not reset between seasons.
Power is free forever. Scarcity lives in fashion, identity, and bragging rights.

Gear upgrades, skill resets, stat resets — all accessible without spending a single Crystal. The Re-spec Master (prontera 156,178) resets your skills, stats, or both, free of charge, any time.

Section 4

Daily Activities & Earning Coins

Every day is packed with ways to earn Adventurer Coins, Prestige Medals, Glory, and Festival Tokens. Stack these daily sources and you’ll have a steady, meaningful flow of every currency — without ever feeling like you are grinding.

Kill Rewards — Always Running

MVP kills pay out Coins the moment the boss dies, up to 10 MVPs per day. Every MVP kill also rolls a chance at a Prestige Medal (8–13%, capped at 6/day).

MVP TierCoins

Daily Login Calendar (valkyrie 46,64)

Log in every day and claim your reward from the 30-day cycling calendar. One claim per real calendar day. Rewards include Glory, Adventurer Coins, and occasional cosmetics. Missing a day resets your streak to day 1.

Daily Login Streak

Separate from the calendar, your login streak runs on a 7-day repeating cycle. Day 7 pays 100 coins + 3 Medals + an Angeling Hat (account-bound). A gap of more than one day resets you to day 1.

Long-Streak Milestones

Keep your streak running beyond 7 days and two landmark rewards await:

MilestoneReward
Day 1801,500 Adventurer Coins + 30 Prestige Medals
Day 3655,000 Adventurer Coins + 100 Prestige Medals + server-wide announcement

Milestones are one-time claims. They do not reset if your streak eventually breaks — once earned, they stay on your account.

Veteran’s Grace

Once your streak reaches 30 consecutive days, you earn Veteran’s Grace: one free missed login per week will not break your streak. The grace window resets every Monday at midnight UTC. Miss two days in the same week and the streak resets as normal.

Section 5

Auto-Events

NirvanaRO runs five automated events that keep Midgard alive around the clock. None require a GM to run — they happen whether you are online or not.

5.1 Coin Rush

Schedule: Every even hour — 00:00, 02:00, 04:00 … (UTC)

80 special Coin Porings flood the event map (ordeal_1-1). Each Poring drops 1 Adventurer Coin. Map clears after 3 minutes or when all Porings are dead.

Tip: Coin Rush is pure speed. Bring your fastest AoE setup — the 80 Porings go fast when the map fills up.

5.2 Wave Defense

Schedule: Every odd hour — 01:00, 03:00, 05:00 … (UTC)

Four waves of increasingly dangerous mobs culminating in an Eddga mini-boss. A 3-minute lobby opens first. Payouts stack as you progress.

WaveMobsPayout
Wave 1Lunatics, Poporings, Drops8 coins
Wave 2Rockers, Tarus, Dokebi12 coins
Wave 3Deviriuchi, Dokebi20 coins
Final BossEddga25 coins

A full clear pays 65 coins in one run. Daily cap: 90 coins. Wave Defense also counts as an instance for the “event” board quest.

Tip: Wave Defense rewards coordination far more than raw power. A healer and a tank change the difficulty dramatically.

5.3 Wandering Merchant

Schedule: Every 3–4 hours, rotating through 15 towns

Drifts through: Prontera, Payon, Geffen, Morroc, Alberta, Aldebaran, Izlude, Yuno, Lighthalzen, Einbech, Rachael, Veins, Moscovia, Brasilis, and Dewata. A server-wide announcement fires on arrival. 2 purchases per player per visit, stock cap 30 per item per rotation.

Meet Pak Salleh

The Wandering Merchant is not a faceless vendor — he is Pak Salleh, a weathered trader who has walked every road in Midgard. His greeting changes based on how many times you have bought from him:

  • First visit: “Eh, new face! Come look, come look — best prices this side of Prontera.”
  • 3+ purchases: “Aiyah, you again! Good lah, regular customers get my best stock.”
  • 7+ purchases: “Wah, old friend! I kept something special in the back for you.”
  • 15+ purchases: “Ha, my most loyal customer! You are like family already.”

Pak Salleh also drops a next-town hint at the end of each visit — a flavour line suggesting which direction he is heading. It is not a precise coordinate, but experienced trackers learn to read him.

Tip: Keep Discord notifications on. The merchant arrival fires a Discord post. Players who react quickly consistently walk away with the best stock.

5.4 Adventurer’s Passport — Stamp Rally

Schedule: Resets daily at midnight server time

Every day, 5 random maps are drawn from a pool of 24 and become your daily travel route. Visit all 5, dwell on each for ~5 seconds until a Stamp Sprite Poring appears, then kill it for your stamp. Walking through the map does not count — the kill is required.

Collect all 5/5 stamps, then claim your reward from the Adventurer’s Passport NPC at prontera 158,185.

Map Lore Snippets

Each map in the stamp pool carries a line of lore delivered by the Stamp Sprite Poring when you earn your stamp — a small reminder of what makes each corner of Midgard worth visiting:

  • Prontera: Heart of the kingdom, where every journey begins and ends.
  • Payon: Arrow and song — this town remembers its ancient pact with the forest.
  • Geffen: Mages have argued over these towers for three hundred years.
  • Morroc: The desert takes and takes, but still the merchants return.
  • Alberta: Salt air and the creak of rigging — every ship in Midgard passes through here.
  • Aldebaran: They say the clocktower has never been fully explained, even by its builders.
  • Comodo: Sun, sand, and secrets — the beach hides more than treasure.
  • Yuno: Floating on the sky — a city that refused to be earthbound.
  • Einbroch: Steel and smoke. Progress has a smell here.
  • Lighthalzen: Behind the polished walls, the real experiments never stopped.
  • Ayothaya: Ancient rites preserved in amber; the world outside changed, this place did not.
  • Amatsu: Cherry blossoms fall regardless of what season you arrive in.
  • Moscovia: The cold here remembers things the warm world forgot.
  • Brasilis: Carnival colours hide a jungle older than memory.
  • Dewata: The spirits here were old before the gods had names.

Pilgrim’s Chronicle Achievement

Complete the Stamp Rally on 30 separate days to earn the Pilgrim’s Chronicle achievement and the “Wandering Soul” title. The Chronicle tracks your total completion days — check your progress with the Adventurer’s Passport NPC.

Tip: The 5 maps are often spread across different continents. Plan your route before you start — teleport scrolls and the Kafra warp network will save significant travel time. Treat it as a world tour, not a chore.

5.5 Fishing

Schedule: Always available

Five scenic maps host Fishing Spots: Comodo Fields (cmd_fild01), Ayothaya Fields (ayo_fild01), Prontera Fields (prt_fild05), Amatsu Fields (ama_fild01), Payon Fields (pay_fild01).

Click a Fishing Spot, wait for the random bite window (3–8 seconds), then click “Reel it in!” within ~1.5 seconds. Miss the window and you catch nothing. This reaction mechanic is intentional — fishing cannot be botted with a simple click macro.

RarityChance
Common fish70%
Uncommon fish22%
Rare fish7%
Legendary fish~0.07%

A Legendary catch triggers a server-wide announcement. Daily cap: ~40 fish. Sell your catch to Fishmonger Pak Din at Comodo 195,155.

Tip: Every map has its own rare and legendary fish table. To complete your collection, you will need to visit all five.

5.6 Records Board (prontera 157,190)

The Records Board stands near the fountain in Prontera and tracks the all-time speed records for competitive events. Consult it any time — no command needed.

RecordWhat It Tracks
Treasure Hunt SpeedFastest all-5-clue completion in seconds; record-holder name and date
Zombie Outbreak SpeedFastest town clear in seconds; which town; record-holder name and date

When a new record is set the server broadcasts a global announcement. The previous record is retained for reference. Both records survive server restarts — they are stored in the nv_outbreak_log database table and read at boot.

Tip: The Records Board is not just a leaderboard — it doubles as a history log. Anxious Townsperson NPCs on the five infected maps also display the local outbreak records for that specific town.

Section 6

Daily Treasure Hunt — Riddles Across Midgard

Every day a named chain of five riddles hides across Midgard. Each clue found earns a partial reward — so every step of the journey pays off, even if the window closes before you finish. 21 unique chains rotate over three weeks.

How It Works

The Daily Treasure Hunt opens at 14:00 MYT (06:00 UTC) and runs for 2 hours. Type @treasure anywhere to receive your chain name, current clue, and elapsed time. Travel to the described location and interact to advance.

  • Each chain has 5 clues spread across 5 iconic Midgard locations — each chain has a unique story name.
  • The server picks from 21 named chains daily; all players follow the same route.
  • Chains rotate so the same route does not repeat for at least 3 weeks.

Clue Format

Clues are riddles referencing in-game lore, map features, and NPC flavour — not raw coordinates. Knowing Midgard well is a genuine advantage.

Example: Where knights gather and water flows eternal at the heart of Midgard’s greatest city. — Prontera Fountain.

Rewards (per clue found)

Partial rewards are paid immediately at each step — you never walk away empty-handed:

  • Clue 1: +3 Coins, +8 Glory
  • Clue 2: +3 Coins, +8 Glory
  • Clue 3: +4 Coins, +6 Glory
  • Clue 4: +3 Coins, +8 Glory
  • Clue 5 (complete): +3 Coins, +8 Glory, +1 Oridecon

Total for a full run: 16 Coins + 38 Glory + 1 Oridecon. The first daily completer and the all-time speed record holder are celebrated server-wide.

Speed Record

Your timer starts the moment you find clue 1. Complete all 5 as fast as possible — @treasure shows your elapsed time. The server announces any new all-time speed record.

Veteran Achievements

  • Treasure Seeker — complete 5 chains
  • Chain Walker — complete all 21 unique chains (one full rotation)
  • Chronicler of Midgard — complete 50 chains total

Tips

  • Use @treasure when you log in — it shows the chain name, current clue, and your elapsed time.
  • Travelling with a guild helps — each player advances their own chain independently.
  • The Passport Stamp Rally often shares locations with the Treasure Hunt — run both in the same 2-hour window.
Tip: Clues reward genuine knowledge of Midgard. If you are stuck, the answer is almost always at the most prominent feature or NPC on that map.

Section 7

Daily Dispatch Board — Most Wanted in Midgard

Each day a target is declared Most Wanted — escalating tiers mean higher-risk targets pay out more Coins per kill. Hunt across Midgard, build your Bounty Hunter rank, and push the server toward the 500-kill milestone bonus.

How It Works

At midnight UTC the Dispatch Board rotates to a new target. The tier is determined by how many consecutive days the server has cleared the board:

TierTargetsKill GoalPer-Kill BonusDaily CapUnlocks After
COMMONStandard field mobs200 kills+1 Coin5 Coins/dayAlways active
DANGEROUSHarder dungeon mobs100 kills+2 Coins10 Coins/day2+ consecutive clears
NOTORIOUSElite targets20 kills+5 Coins + 1 Medal3/day5+ consecutive clears

Each day’s target comes with a unique wanted-poster description — a short line of flavour text about the mob delivered by the Dispatch Board NPC and included in the broadcast. Adds personality; ignore it if you just want the kills.

The consecutive-clear streak resets to COMMON if the server fails to meet the day’s kill goal by midnight UTC. Your personal lifetime kill count never resets — only the server streak does.

Type @dispatch anywhere to see: current tier, today’s target, server kills so far vs. goal, your kills today, and your Bounty Hunter rank.

Server-Wide 500-Kill Milestone

Every kill counts toward the all-time total. When the server hits 500 collective kills for the day, a server-wide bonus activates for 1 hour — announced to all players.

Personal Bounty Hunter Rank

Your #BB_LIFETIME_KILLS track lifetime bounty kills. Rank up as you accumulate:

  • Rookie Hunter — starting rank
  • Seasoned Hunter — 50 lifetime kills
  • Elite Hunter — 200 lifetime kills
  • Legendary Hunter — 500 lifetime kills

Veteran Achievements

  • Rookie No More — reach 50 lifetime bounty kills
  • Elite Bounty Hunter — reach 200 lifetime bounty kills
  • Legendary Bounty Hunter — reach 500 lifetime bounty kills
Tip: Consecutive daily clears escalate the tier. Miss a day and the streak resets to COMMON. Coordinate with the server to keep the pressure on.

Section 8

Zombie Outbreak — Defend the Towns of Midgard

Five minutes before the horde arrives, an alert names the doomed town. Adventurers who make it in time and fight earn speed-tiered rewards — the faster the town is saved, the bigger the pay-out.

Event Schedule

  • Guaranteed events at 16:00 and 23:00 MYT — no dice roll, every window fires.
  • A 5-minute pre-alert at 15:55 / 22:55 MYT names the infected town so you can travel in advance.
  • One random town floods with 100 undead — rush there and fight!
  • Outbreaks are announced via bc_all and the Discord event channel.

Rewards & Outcomes

  • Kill zombies to earn +2 Adventurer Coins per kill.
  • Speed-tiered clear bonus for fighters on site with at least 1 kill:
    • Under 5 minutes: +35 Coins — Blazing Fast!
    • 5 – 8 minutes: +22 Coins
    • 8 – 10 minutes: +12 Coins
  • Top Killer earns an extra +5 Coins on top of the tier bonus.
  • Time runs out: +5 consolation Coins to fighters still on site — the undead retreat on their own.

Veteran Achievements

  • Outbreak Survivor — clear 5 outbreaks
  • Outbreak Veteran — clear 25 outbreaks
  • Zombie Hunter — clear 100 outbreaks

Towns That Can Be Targeted

  • Prontera, Payon, Geffen, Izlude, Aldebaran
GM Note: @outbreak forces an immediate trigger (GM 90+). Bypass the pre-announcement with a random town selection.

Section 13

Mining & Foraging — Harvest the Wild World

Ore veins pulse in the mountains. Herb clusters bloom in the forests. React fast enough and Midgard’s raw resources are yours — sell them, craft with them, or fund your Soul Codex runs.

Where to Gather

⛏ Mining Zones
  • Mjolnir Dead Pit & Mountains
  • Geffen Fields
  • Payon Dungeon
Yields: ores, crystals, refined metals
🌿 Foraging Zones
  • Prontera Fields (North & South)
  • Payon Forest
  • Mjolnir Mountain
Yields: herbs, reagents, rare botanicals

The Gathering Mechanic

Gathering is AHK-hostile by design. When you interact with a node, a “Strike!” (mining) or “Harvest!” (foraging) prompt appears. You have 3 seconds to respond. Miss the window and the node resets — a bot that can’t read the message gets nothing.

  • Nodes have a 90-second cooldown after a successful gather before they can be used again.
  • Daily cap: 30 gathers per day across both mining and foraging combined.
  • The gather window times out after 3 seconds — act quickly.
  • Node locations rotate between sessions to discourage memorised routes.

Selling Your Haul

  • Smelter Garn in Einbroch — buys all mining yields for Adventurer Coins.
  • Herbalist Mila in Prontera — buys all foraging yields for Adventurer Coins.
  • Gathered materials can also be kept for crafting recipes unlocked through other progression systems.

Gathering Mastery — The Veteran’s Ladder

Every successful gather counts toward your lifetime gather total. As that total climbs you ascend a five-rung mastery ladder. Each rank is permanent, grants a title, raises your daily cap by +5, and improves your odds of striking signature rares.

Lifetime GathersRank & TitleDaily CapPerk
100Apprentice Gatherer35+5 cap, improved rare odds
500Journeyman Gatherer40+5 cap, improved rare odds
2,000Expert Gatherer45+5 cap, improved rare odds
5,000Master Gatherer50+5 cap, improved rare odds
10,000Grandmaster Gatherer55+5 cap, best rare odds, prestige aura
The base daily cap is 30. A Grandmaster who has climbed all five rungs gathers up to 55 nodes per day with the sharpest rare odds on the server.

The Master Artisan

Raw ore and herbs are only the beginning. The Master Artisan refines your haul into the inputs other systems crave — no more hoarding stacks you can’t use.

  • Convert ore + herbs into Soul Cages to fuel your Soul Codex runs.
  • Convert gathered materials into garden inputs for Taman Sari planting.
  • Convert refined yields into forge inputs for the Prismatic Forge and cosmetic crafting.
The Artisan turns gathering from a pure Coin faucet into the supply line of the whole crafting and collection economy.

Signature Rares & the Naturalist Wreath

Each gathering map hides one map-exclusive signature rare — a botanical or mineral found nowhere else. There are six in total, one per zone.

  • Signature rares only drop from nodes on their home map — you must travel to collect the full set.
  • Higher Gathering Mastery rank sharpens your odds of seeing a signature strike.
  • Collect all six signature rares and you earn the Naturalist Wreath — a prestige cosmetic that marks you as a complete-the-map collector.

The Mother Lode Jackpot

Every single gather carries a 0.1% chance to hit the Mother Lode — a server-wide jackpot strike.

  • A server announcement names the lucky gatherer the instant it triggers.
  • The strike is also relayed to Discord so the whole community sees it.
  • Pure RNG — it can land on your first node of the day or your ten-thousandth. Everyone has a shot, every strike.

Rich Vein Ambient Events

At random, a gathering map erupts into a Rich Vein — an ambient surge that supercharges every node on that map for its duration.

  • A temporary node-map buff boosts yields and rare odds for everyone gathering there.
  • Gathers made during a Rich Vein do NOT count against your daily cap — free harvesting on top of your normal allowance.
  • Rich Veins reward presence and reaction — be on the map when one fires to cash in.

The Perfect-Streak Combo

Hit the “Strike!” / “Harvest!” window cleanly on consecutive nodes without a single miss and you build a perfect streak. The longer the unbroken combo, the richer the rewards — a clean, AHK-proof skill bonus that pays attentive gatherers and breaks the moment a node times out.

Veteran Achievements

  • Apprentice Gatherer — reach 100 lifetime gathers.
  • Journeyman Gatherer — reach 500 lifetime gathers.
  • Expert Gatherer — reach 2,000 lifetime gathers.
  • Master Gatherer — reach 5,000 lifetime gathers.
  • Grandmaster Gatherer — reach 10,000 lifetime gathers.
  • Naturalist — collect all six map-exclusive signature rares (earns the Naturalist Wreath).
  • Mother Lode — trigger the 0.1% server-wide jackpot strike.
Tip: Use Coins earned from gathering to fund Soul Cage runs, fund the cash shop, or contribute to crafting. Gathering is one of the most reliable daily Coin sources for explorers who don’t focus on PvP. Chase the Gathering Mastery ladder and travel for signature rares to turn a daily chore into a long-haul collection game.

Section 14

Soul Codex — Spirit Collection

150 spirits roam the wilds of Midgard. Hunt them, capture them, and fill your Soul Codex. Every spirit you bind brings you closer to becoming a true Soul Tamer.

What Is the Soul Codex?

The Soul Codex is a permanent per-account collection that tracks every unique spirit you have captured across Midgard. Spirits are hidden within monsters throughout the world — slaying a mob has a passive chance to release and bind its spirit to your Codex. Each spirit can only be captured once. Once bound, it is yours forever.

How Capturing Works

  • Every mob kill has a passive capture chance based on the spirit's tier (see below).
  • Duplicate captures are automatically ignored — if you already own a spirit, the check is skipped.
  • The Soul Cage item triples your capture chance for 60 seconds. Pop one before fighting a rare spirit you still need.
  • Captures are tracked account-wide. Any character on your account can contribute to your Codex total.

Spirit Tiers

Common Spirit
60 mobs • 12% base chance
Found on ordinary Midgard mobs. Easy to fill out with regular play.
Wandering Spirit
50 mobs • 6% base chance
Spirits from mobs that roam multiple zones. Requires deliberate exploration.
Fierce Spirit
30 mobs • 2% base chance
Rare spirits from dangerous or elite mobs. A Soul Cage is strongly recommended.
Legendary Soul
10 mobs • 0.5% base chance
The rarest spirits in Midgard. Often tied to MVPs and named creatures. Patience and Soul Cages required.

Soul Cage

The Soul Cage is a consumable item that boosts your capture chance by for 60 seconds.

  • Buy from the Soul Ranger at Prontera 114, 119.
  • Costs 3 Adventurer Coins per cage.
  • Limit: 5 cages per day per account.
  • Use it right before engaging a mob whose spirit you still need — the buff lasts only 60 seconds so time it well.

Milestone Rewards

Reaching capture milestones earns titles, Glory, Coins, and at the highest tiers — legendary cosmetics.

Captures Title Glory Coins Notes
25 Fledgling Tamer 30 5 Map announcement
50 Soul Seeker 75 15 Server announcement
75 Spirit Sage 100 20 Server announcement
100 Soul Tamer 200 40 bc_all + aura effect
125 Apex Hunter 250 50 Server announcement
150 ★ Codex Master 500 100 Spirit Crown headgear + legendary bc_all + aura effect

★ Completing the full Soul Codex (150/150) grants the exclusive Spirit Crown headgear (item ID 50025). This item cannot be traded, dropped, or obtained any other way.

Soul Resonance — The Pity Floor

Bad luck no longer walls you out of a spirit. Every kill on a mob whose spirit you still need builds Soul Resonance against that spirit. Hit the resonance threshold and your next kill is a guaranteed capture — a hard floor so no spirit is ever truly unobtainable.

  • Common (Tier 1): guaranteed by 50 kills on the mob.
  • Wandering (Tier 2): longer floor as rarity climbs.
  • Fierce (Tier 3): longer floor still.
  • Legendary (Tier 4): guaranteed by 300 kills on the mob.
  • Resonance is tracked per-spirit and account-wide — your effort always pays off eventually.
Soul Cages still triple your odds, so smart play lands the capture well before the floor — but the floor means a wretched RNG streak can never stop you completing the Codex.

Sub-collection Sets

Layered over the 150 spirits are 15–18 themed Sub-collection Sets — curated badges that group spirits by element, region, mob family, or theme.

  • Complete every spirit in a set to earn that set’s badge.
  • Sets give the long grind milestones along the way instead of one distant 150 finish line.
  • Badges stack into a display of your collecting depth, not just your raw count.

Mark-a-Quarry

Pick one spirit you still need and Mark it as your Quarry. While marked, that spirit gets a capture-rate boost and you see visible progress toward it as you hunt.

  • Focus your session on a single target instead of fishing blindly across every mob.
  • The progress readout turns each marked hunt into a tangible objective.
  • Re-mark a new Quarry any time your target is captured.

Spirit Bond — Daily Communion

Choose a captured spirit and form a Spirit Bond with it. Each day you can perform a communion with your bonded spirit to receive a daily Glory reward — a gentle login ritual that keeps your favourite spirit meaningful long after capture.

  • One active bond at a time; swap bonds freely.
  • Communion is a daily action — come back each day to claim the Glory.
  • Turns a static collection into a living, daily relationship.

MVP Souls — New Hunting Grounds

The rarest Legendary spirits tied to MVPs are now reliably obtainable through endgame content, not just lucky overworld encounters.

  • World Boss events surface MVP souls for the players who turn out and fight.
  • Shadow Palace raid clears are another path to bind MVP-tier spirits.
  • Codex completionists finally have a dependable route to the toughest slots.

The Soul Almanac

The Soul Almanac is the server-wide record of the hunt. It shows how rare each spirit truly is across all tamers and ranks the top tamers on the server.

  • See real capture rarity — which spirits almost nobody has bound.
  • Compare your collection against the server’s best.
  • Chase the leaderboard as a public status ladder for collectors.

Codex Ascendant — Post-150 Prestige

Finishing all 150 is no longer the end. Codex Ascendant is the prestige layer that begins once you are a Codex Master.

  • A rotating seasonal Wanted Spirit gives even completionists a fresh target each season.
  • Hunt the Wanted Spirit for seasonal prestige rewards and recognition.
  • Keeps the most dedicated tamers in the game long after the Spirit Crown is theirs.
Tip: Exploring all of Midgard is the fastest path — each zone’s mobs are different tiers. Sticking to one map will fill Common spirits quickly but leave Wandering, Fierce, and Legendary slots empty. Bring Soul Cages when venturing into dungeons, Mark-a-Quarry to focus your hunt, and lean on Soul Resonance — the pity floor guarantees every spirit eventually.
Section 15

PvP — The Valor System

Midgard remembers the strong. Fight long enough and your name will echo in Prontera’s halls — or be forgotten in the dust.

Kill Streaks — Berapi to Legenda

Anti-Farm Guard: Each killer–victim pair has a 600-second cooldown. Farming your friend for coins does not work.

Ranked Arena — Rated Duels

Queue from anywhere in Midgard with @arena. The matchmaker pairs you with an opponent of similar Elo (±200, window widens over time) and warps you both to a private arena cell automatically.

Two modes: 1v1 Rated (affects Elo, earns Prestige Medals) and Skirmish (no Elo, 1 Coin/win for practice).

Match Format

  • Best of 3 rounds. First to win 2 rounds wins the match.
  • Each round is 90 seconds. At 60s, Frenzy begins — escalating HP drain until someone falls.
  • A full tie across all 3 rounds is a draw — no Elo change.

Elo & Rank Tiers

Starting Elo: 1000. Every rated match adjusts both players’ Elo (higher K-factor at lower ratings for faster early movement).

Arena Rewards

  • Winner (Rated): +5 Prestige Medals, cap 5 wins/day. +1 lifetime PvP kill.
  • Loser (Rated): +1 Adventurer Coin consolation, cap 5/day.
  • Winner (Skirmish): +1 Adventurer Coin.

Prestige Medals spent at the Valor Quartermaster (Prontera 196, 168) for rank-gated PvP cosmetics.

Deserter Penalty

Logging out mid-match counts as a forfeit. A 5-minute deserter lockout prevents re-queuing immediately after leaving.

Tip: @arena works during quests, fishing, or anywhere on the open world. Queue and keep playing — you’ll be whispered when a match is found and warped automatically.

The Bounty Board (prontera 168,178)

Anyone with Coins can place a bounty on any other player. Coins deducted immediately, expires in 2 hours if unclaimed. First person to kill the target claims the pot. When a player reaches Raja Pembunuh, the server auto-places a bounty on them.

The Throne — Juara (prontera 156,187)

One title. One player. The entire server. Juara is NirvanaRO’s sovereign PvP crown. The holder’s name glows with a golden aura. When crowned — or dethroned — Discord knows.

Pay 50 Coins at the Throne to enter the Throne Room for a Best of 3 series. Win 2 rounds and you are the new Juara. Lose and wait 5 minutes.

Lapse Rule: If the reigning Juara is offline for more than 24 consecutive hours, the Throne goes Vacant and can be claimed by anyone with 50 Coins — no duel required.

Dynasty Bounty: Coins accumulate on the champion passively the longer they reign. Dethrone a long-sitting Juara and you collect everything stacked against them.

Section 30

2v2 Solo-Queue Arena — Find Your Partner

Queue solo and let the system build your team. Four solo adventurers enter the arena; the matchmaker assembles two balanced sides and the best duo walks out with Prestige Medals.

How to Queue

Type @2v2 anywhere in the world. The matchmaker waits until 4 players are ready, then pairs them into two balanced teams based on individual Elo rating. You are automatically warped together.

Note: 2v2 queues are suspended on Fridays during the Piala Nirvana tournament window so the arena cells stay free for the bracket.

Match Format

  • Best of 3 rounds — same format as the 1v1 Ranked Arena.
  • Valor Surge is active: all fighters enter with +150% HP to extend the fight.
  • At 60 seconds, Frenzy begins: escalating HP drain until a team is eliminated.
  • First team to win 2 rounds wins the match.

Team Elo

2v2 uses the same Elo system as 1v1 Ranked, applied per individual. Each player’s rating updates based on the match outcome — your teammate’s skill level affects how much Elo you gain or lose.

  • Elo starts at 1000, same pool as 1v1 Ranked.
  • The same tier ladder applies: Prajurit → Wira → Pahlawan → Panglima → Raja → Nirvana.
  • Your 1v1 and 2v2 ratings are shared — perform well in either mode and you climb the same ladder.

Rewards

  • Win (Rated): +5 Prestige Medals per match win, capped at 5 wins/day.
  • Loss: +1 Adventurer Coin consolation per loss.
  • Prestige Medals are spent at the Valor Quartermaster (Prontera 196, 168) for rank-gated PvP cosmetics.
Tip: You don’t need a premade partner — the system deliberately pairs four solo players so every team is assembled fresh each match. Chemistry you build mid-queue is part of the fun.
Section 17

Takhta — The Weekly Throne

One Throne. One siege a week. One King of Midgard. Every Sunday night, every guild on the server marches on a single castle — and whoever holds it at the final horn rules the realm until the next siege. There is exactly one King, and everyone knows their name.

Schedule: Sunday only — 13:00 to 15:00 UTC (21:00–23:00 MYT), two hours.

The Throne: a single castle — Kriemhild (prtg_cas01). No other castles are contested. The Throne resets to unowned at the start of every siege, so nobody inherits an advantage — everyone re-fights from zero.

Hold to Win — the Final Push

Breaking the Emperium does not win the war — it only opens the Throne. The Emperium respawns after every break, so the castle changes hands again and again across the two hours. What matters is who holds the Throne at the final horn. The last 20 minutes are the Final Push (14:40–15:00 UTC): every seize is broadcast server-wide as a lead change, and the guild sitting the Throne when the bell tolls is crowned King of Midgard.

The Crown — status you can see, and lose

Power is free on NirvanaRO; the Crown is pure status. While your guild reigns, every online member wears the King’s Radiance — a holy aura visible to everyone in town — and your guild leader stands as a living statue on Champions’ Row titled King of Midgard. The instant you are dethroned, it is all gone, publicly. The realm sees the crown change heads.

  • Dynasty: hold the Throne multiple weeks in a row and your reign becomes infamous — the aura grows heavier each week (Tier 1–5), and at 4+ weeks the whole realm is called to dethrone you.
  • Dethrone Bounty: the longer a guild reigns, the greater the glory for whoever finally topples them.
  • Self-cleaning: the Crown is conferred by being in the reigning guild — lose the Throne and it lifts from every member at once.

The Siege Week

Takhta is a two-hour fight wrapped in a seven-day story. The Takhta Herald in Prontera keeps the rhythm:

PhaseDaysWhat Happens
AftermathSun (after horn) – TueThe new King reigns. The dust settles. The dethrone bounty starts to rise.
DeclarationsWed – ThuGuild leaders declare their intent to siege. Their banner flies for all to see.
Siege EveFri – SatRecruit, strategise, predict. The storm gathers.
LiveSun 21:00–23:00 MYTThe Throne is open. One King will be crowned.

Predict the King — free, no stake

Anyone can call who will win at the Takhta Herald — completely free, no wager, nothing at risk (a tote of honour, never maisir). Predict correctly and you earn a purse of Adventurer Coins plus the Throne Oracle achievement. If you are offline when the horn sounds, your purse is waiting the next time you log in.

Siege MVPs — individual glory

Even on a losing guild, a great game earns a title. After each siege the realm honours three champions:

MVPEarned By
Top FraggerMost enemy kills on the Throne during the siege
Iron WallThe reigning guild’s steadiest defender — most kills, fewest deaths
Emp BreakerMost Emperium breaks — the hand that kept seizing the Throne

Rewards for the Throne-holders

RewardPer Qualifying Holder
Prestige Medals3–25 (based on headcount, capped at 10 payers)
Adventurer Coins150
Weekly Account Cap90 Medals

Throne medal pool: 60 Prestige Medals, split among the winning guild’s verified defenders. Anti-alt rule: only members from 5+ distinct real IP addresses are paid.

Tip: Takhta is the single best source of Prestige Medals in the game — but the Crown is the real prize. You cannot buy it, you can only seize it, and the whole server watches you wear it. Show up every Sunday: the King is crowned in the final 20 minutes, not the first 5.

The Novice Throne — for guilds yet to claim the Crown

The main Throne can feel like a wall when every guild in the queue has fought for years. The Novice Throne solves that: a second castle (Hohenschwangau, prtg_cas02) open the same Sunday, one hour before the main siege, exclusively for guilds that have never held the main Throne.

Tip: Declarations open Wednesday–Thursday at the Novice Herald (prontera, near the main Takhta Herald). Your guild leader must declare; anyone may fight.
Section 16

World Boss

While WoE pits guild against guild, World Boss unites every player on the server against a single colossal target — rotating legendary MVPs scaled to server-wide HP with a habit of enraging when cornered.

Fixed spawns: 11:30 UTC, 16:30 UTC, 20:30 UTC (19:30, 00:30, 04:30 MYT)

Surprise spawns: ~18% chance every 30 minutes, around the clock. Watch broadcast channel.

Spawn location: Prontera Fields, prt_fild01 — open world, no entry gate.

The Boss Roster

Six legendary MVPs rotate through the World Boss slot, each at 2,000,000,000 HP: Ifrit, Valkyrie Randgris, Lord of Death, Detale, Boitata, Kiel D-01. Each rotation’s first kill is a Server First — permanent achievement awarded, global announcement fired.

Mechanics

  • HP milestones announced at 75%, 50%, 25%, and 10%
  • At 25% HP, the boss enrages — faster and significantly more dangerous
  • Boss removed after 15 minutes if not killed; rewards still paid based on damage dealt
  • Anti-leech floor: must deal at least 0.05% of max HP to qualify for rewards

Section 32

Geng — The Crew System

Band together. Hunt together. Rise together. Geng is NirvanaRO's crew mechanic — 3 to 6 adventurers chasing a shared weekly goal.

How It Works

  • Any player can form a Geng (costs 10 Glory to register the name). Crews have 3–6 members maximum.
  • Weekly goal: 1000 mob kills (combined, across all members). Every kill counts — any mob, any map.
  • Hit 1000 by Monday midnight UTC — your crew earns a Trophy and every online member receives +25 Glory.
  • Trophies accumulate forever. They are your crew's permanent legacy — a record of every week you showed up.

Finding a Crew

Talk to the Geng Master at Prontera 153, 195. Type the exact crew name to join (the leader can toggle the crew open or closed). Leaving a crew is always free.

The Geng Leaderboard (Prontera 154, 195) shows the top 5 crews by total trophies.

Strategy: A crew of 6 needs roughly 167 kills each per week — about 25 kills a day. Play your class, keep your daily quest habits, and the kills come naturally.

Section 33

Kampung Halaman — Hometown Pride

Register your hometown from the 15 major cities of Midgard. See which cities have drawn the most adventurers. Return after a long absence and your homeland welcomes you back.

Registering Your Hometown

Talk to the Penghulu Kampung at Prontera 109, 119. Choose from: Prontera, Geffen, Morroc, Payon, Alberta, Aldebaran, Izlude, Hugel, Rachel, Juno, Lighthalzen, Einbroch, Einbech, Ayothaya, or Umbala.

First registration is free. Changing your hometown costs 10 Glory.

Balik Kampung (Returning Home)

If you are away for 7 or more days and return, Midgard celebrates:

  • 7–13 days: Welcome message + 5 Coins
  • 14–29 days: 10 Coins + 5 Glory
  • 30–89 days: 20 Coins + 15 Glory + server-wide announcement
  • 90+ days: 50 Coins + 30 Glory + server-wide announcement + Discord relay
  • 365+ days: 100 Coins + 50 Glory + legendary announcement
Hometown returns are tracked. The leaderboard shows which cities are home to the most adventurers in Midgard.

Section 34

Taman Sari — The Living Garden

Every adventurer has a personal garden plot. Plant seeds with Coins, tend them, harvest for Glory. A slow, steady source of Glory for those who remember to check back.

Tending

You can tend your garden up to 4 times before harvest. Each tend reduces grow time by 5% (up to 20% total). Talk to the Garden Keeper at Prontera 110, 119.

You can only have one seed planted at a time. No seeds expire — if you miss the harvest window, it waits for you.

Section 18

The Heirloom — Seven Trials

A prestige questline that takes weeks or months to complete. Seven trials, each demanding something different from you. Finish all seven and the Warisan Midgard is yours.

The Seven Trials

  1. The Call — Accept the quest from the Keeper of Relics (Prontera 156, 192).
  2. Prove Your Resolve — Kill 500 monsters. Any mob, any map.
  3. Know the Sea — Catch 5 fish at any fishing spot in Midgard.
  4. Walk Every Road — Complete the Adventurer's Stamp Rally 3 times.
  5. Master a Craft — Reach Tier 10 (Grandmaster) in any job via the Job Mastery system. Requires 6,500 Mastery Points.
  6. Face Your Shadow — Earn 5 lifetime PvP kills in any arena.
  7. Return and Claim — Speak to the Keeper of Relics to forge your Heirloom.

The Reward

+200 Glory and a permanent server-wide announcement: "[Name] has forged the Warisan Midgard!" Your name is recorded in the Rolls of the Chosen alongside the Legendary Relic holders.

Note: Trials are tracked per account, not per character. Progress is permanent. There is no timer — take as many weeks as you need.
Section 26

The Season System

Every 42 days, the world shifts — a new Season begins, new cosmetics enter the world, and the competitive ladders wipe clean. Three interlocking systems give each Season its shape.

The Season Pass: Celestial Ascension

50-tier progression track. Earn Season Pass XP (SPX) from kills, instances, MVP hunts, PvP, Wave Defense, World Boss, WoE, and seasonal events. Daily cap: 1,200 XP per account.

Warning: These cosmetics are retired permanently when the Season ends. They will never return to any shop, gacha, or event. Find the Season Herald at prontera 156,182. Upgrading mid-Season immediately backfills all missed Premium rewards.

The Festival Engine

Festivals are GM-activated cultural events layered on top of the Season. NirvanaRO celebrates the SEA calendar authentically.

Hari Raya (flagship): Duit Raya Login Packets (escalating daily Coin gifts, 7-day streak), Ketupat Collection Hunt (8% drop from any monster, cap 40/day, exchange at Festival Bazaar prontera 162,182 for Tiraya Bonnet / Colorful Ketupat / Green Batik), Maaf Zahir Batin (clears your active PvP bounty once daily), Open House Feast (GM-triggered server-wide SC_Blessing + SC_IncreaseAgi + full heal for 30 minutes).

Upcoming festivals: CNY (February), Hari Raya (February–March), Merdeka cluster (August), Mid-Autumn (September), Deepavali (November).

Achievements & Titles

NirvanaRO has 204 achievements across four tiers. Press Alt+U in your client to open them. Completing achievements earns Prestige Score, exclusive titles, auras, and server-wide recognition for the rarest feats. A global Mythic achievement is announced server-wide the moment anyone earns it.

Achievement Tiers

Bronze rewards exploration and first steps. Silver marks real commitment. Gold is where titles and auras begin. Mythic achievements are world-class feats — fewer than a handful of players server-wide will earn them, and each fires a broadcast naming you.

Champions’ Row, Job Mastery & Pusaka Heirloom

Three systems. One purpose: to make your mark on Midgard permanent.

Champions’ Row

Five pedestals in the Valkyrie Hub. Each holds a statue cloned from a living player — their clothes, weapon, and face. When you claim a slot, your character’s appearance is immortalized in the hub until someone takes it from you. Statues refresh every 5 minutes from live data.

Job Mastery

Pusaka — The Season Heirloom

Every player receives a Pusaka. It begins Pristine. Log in each season and it stays Pristine. Go dark for a season, and it begins to tarnish. Not tradeable, not transferable — an honest record of your time here.

Restoration via Keeper of the Pusaka (valkyrie 92,72): 100 Coins + 10 Glory per level. A Pristine Pusaka earns +5 Glory as seasonal loyalty reward. Players here since the beginning carry a Founder’s Pusaka — permanently and exclusively theirs.

Pusaka Wall (valkyrie 96,72): live display of all Pusaka states across the server. How many Pristine. How many Shattered. The truth of who stayed and who left.

Section 10

Legendary Relics

Five relics hidden across all of Midgard. Equal chance for every player. Less than 0.0002% from any mob kill. One per soul, forever.

The Philosophy

Legendary Relics are the only items on NirvanaRO that break the "power is free" rule — but only barely (~1% advantage), and only in PvE. In PvP and WoE, the stat bonus disappears; only the prestige remains.

How Drops Work

  • Every mob kill rolls 1 in 500,000 (0.0002%). No exceptions — MVPs, field monsters, dungeon bosses, all equal.
  • Equal weight: all 5 relics share the same drop chance. Which one you get is also luck.
  • Once per account: your account can only ever claim one relic. Account-bound — cannot be traded, sold, or mailed.
  • On drop: server-wide gold announcement, Discord alert, and a sparkle effect on the lucky player.

Charter: Relics never exceed 1% power. They never stack. They cannot be purchased. They will never be in the cash shop. The advantage is the story, not the stat.
Section 19

Shadow Palace — Wing 1

Deep beneath Glast Heim, NirvanaRO’s flagship group raid. Three bosses. Coordination, communication, and the willingness to wipe a few times before the mechanics click. No gear gates — only execution. Cosmetics and server-wide recognition are the only rewards that matter here.

Getting In

Enter via the Palace Gate NPC at glast_01. 90-minute clock. Private instance (1@gl_kh). Recommended: 3–5 players.

The Three Bosses

Boss 1 — The Gatekeeper
based on Khalitzburg

Shadow Guards (Raydric-type adds) flood in first — clear every last one before engaging the boss. At 40% HP, a server-wide “DODGE!” announce fires and a zone lights up. Move. Now.

Heroic: Blast zones linger — the arena becomes a minefield as the fight goes longer.

Boss 2 — The Bound Twins
Wraith + Banshee sharing a health pool

Both must die within 10 seconds of each other. Kill one too early and the dead twin resurrects at 30% HP.

Waves of Grave Thieves (Familiars) sprint for treasure chests. If 5 treasures are stolen, it is a wipe. No exceptions. When a carrier dies, someone must click the chest to return it.

The King sits at ~90% damage reduction while any Grave Thief is alive. He also Tantrum Fixates — one player kites, everyone else DPS. Swap if the kiter goes down.

Mythic Midgard — Keystoned Dungeons

Four dungeons. One personal key per dungeon. An ever-climbing difficulty curve that rewards execution over time. Push your key as high as it can go — the Weekly Vault pays out based on your personal best each week.

The Four Dungeons

Key System

Every character starts at +0. First interaction with the Mythic Gatekeeper bumps your key to +5. From there:

  • Clear within par time: key +1
  • Clear over par: no change
  • Fail or timeout: key −1

Each key level adds +15% mob HP and +8% mob ATK. There is no ceiling — push as high as your group can go.

Weekly Affixes

From +3 onward, the week’s affix is active, adding a server-wide modifier that changes how the dungeon plays. From +6: Fortified + Tyrannical are always on. From +9: Spiteful Shade activates — 33% chance a Whisper spawns on every trash kill.

Weekly Vault Rewards

Claim your vault reward once per week at the Weekly Vault NPC (prontera 160,186). The chest resets every Monday.

Season Ladder

Your best key level each week feeds into the Season Ladder. Score formula: (keyLevel + 1) × 10 + time bonus. Top 10 displayed on the Mythic Leaderboard near the Gatekeeper NPCs at Prontera. Season resets wipe the ladder and open a new competition window.

Crystal Exchange — Player-Driven Crystal Market

Crystals are no longer exclusively tied to top-up. Through the Crystal Exchange, any player who earns enough Glory can trade their way into premium currency — keeping the economy fair and player-driven.

How to Trade

  • Sellers list Crystals at their chosen Glory rate (5–200 Glory per Crystal).
  • Buyers browse listings sorted by best rate and purchase entire lots.
  • Listings expire after 7 days — unclaimed Crystals are refunded to the seller automatically.
  • Payout to sellers: Glory is credited immediately if the seller is online, or on their next login if offline.

Limits & Location

  • Maximum 500 Crystals per listing; maximum 5 active listings per player.
  • Located at the Crystal Exchange NPC at the Valkyrie hub.
Why this matters: Non-paying players can now earn Crystals through dedicated Glory farming, while spenders gain a reliable Glory sink. The market rate emerges organically from supply and demand.

AFK Farming & Autoattack — Patron Exclusive

The autoattack engine runs entirely inside the game server. No third-party tools, no ban risk. Your character scans for nearby monsters, walks to them, attacks, force-loots drops, heals when low, rebuffs skills, and warps out of danger — all driven by a 200 ms heartbeat. Configure everything through the Autoattack Master NPC in Prontera, then flip the switch.

Quick Start

  1. Talk to the Autoattack Master in Prontera and set your preferences (HP threshold, heal skill, pickup filter, etc.).
  2. Walk to your farming spot.
  3. Type @autoattack on to start farming while staying connected — or
  4. Type @afk to enter Keep-Alive mode: your character keeps fighting and your client disconnects safely.
  5. Mid-session tweaks? Type @aa anywhere — opens the full settings menu without a trip to Prontera.

Commands

What the Brain Does

BehaviourDetail
Target scanFinds the nearest monster inside your scan range; skips MVPs and any mob IDs you have blacklisted
CombatWalks to melee range, attacks, re-engages immediately when the target dies or moves
Force-lootPicks up all drops; you can blacklist item IDs to leave behind

Skill rotationCycles through an ordered list of attack skills on each target instead of plain melee
Emergency warpRandom-warps to safety when HP drops below your teleport threshold
Idle teleportWarps after N ticks with no valid target, so you never camp a clear spot forever

Keep-Alive Mode (@afk)

When you type @afk, the server detaches your network connection but keeps your character fully alive on the map. The autoattack brain keeps ticking. Mobs, items, and other players see you normally. Log back in at any time — your character is exactly where you left it.

  • Maximum 3 Keep-Alive sessions per IP address at once
  • Session runs until your Patron subscription expires — the brain stops gracefully if you lapse
  • Keep-Alive is blocked in PvP, GvG, Battleground, and instanced maps — farm in open-world safe zones
  • Your character appears on Who’s Online with an AFK badge while farming

Section 12

AFK Farming & Autoattack VIP & Patron Only

NirvanaRO’s built-in AFK farming engine lets your character keep fighting, looting, and staying alive — even after you close the client. No third-party tools. No ban risk. Pure VIP quality-of-life.

How It Works

The Autoattack engine runs entirely inside the game server. Your character scans for nearby monsters, walks to them, attacks, force-loots drops, heals when low, rebuffs skills, and warps out of danger — all driven by a 200 ms heartbeat timer. You configure everything through the Autoattack Master NPC at Prontera, then flip the switch and go.

Quick Start

  1. Talk to the Autoattack Master in Prontera and set your preferences (HP threshold, heal skill, pickup filter, etc.).
  2. Walk to your farming spot.
  3. Type @autoattack on to start farming in the background while you stay logged in — or
  4. Type @afk to activate Keep-Alive mode: your character keeps fighting and your client disconnects safely. Log back in any time to resume.
  5. Already farming but want to tweak settings? Type @aa anywhere — no trip back to Prontera needed.

What the Brain Does

BehaviourDetail
Target scanFinds the nearest monster inside your configured scan range; skips MVPs and any mob IDs you have blacklisted
CombatWalks to melee range then attacks; re-engages immediately when the target dies or loses aggro
Force-lootPicks up all drops on the ground; you can blacklist item IDs you want to leave (e.g. vendor trash)

In-Field Settings (@aa)

Already farming and want to change your race filter or scan range? Type @aa from anywhere on the map — it opens the full Autoattack Master menu right where you stand. No return trip to Prontera.

@aa start / @aa stopToggle the brain without opening any menu
How it works: Changes to range, race, and element take effect on the brain’s next 200 ms heartbeat. @aa (no arguments) opens every option the NPC has, overlaid at your current position.

Keep-Alive Mode (@afk)

When you type @afk, the server detaches your network connection but keeps your character fully alive on the map. The autoattack brain keeps ticking. Mobs, items, and other players see you normally. When you log back in, the character is exactly where it is — you seamlessly take back control.

  • Maximum 3 Keep-Alive sessions per IP address at once
  • Session runs until your VIP subscription expires — the brain stops itself gracefully if you lapse
  • Your character can still be targeted, attacked, and killed in PvP zones (Keep-Alive is not a shield — farm in safe maps)
  • Keep-Alive is blocked in PvP, GvG, Battleground, and instanced maps
  • Your @afk character appears on the Who’s Online page with an AFK badge while it farms

Configurable Settings

Attack skill rotationmeleeAn ordered list of attack skills the engine cycles on the target instead of plain melee

Target Priority

Tell the engine to prefer a race and/or element — e.g. hunt Undead, or Fire-element mobs first. When a preferred monster is nearby it goes for that; when none are in range it still fights whatever is closest, so the brain never stands idle waiting for a match. Set it at the Autoattack Master under Settings → Target priority.

Attack Skill Rotation

Instead of plain melee, give the engine an ordered list of attack skills to cycle through on the target. It walks into each skill's range, checks your SP, and casts; skills you haven't learned are skipped, and it falls back to melee whenever a skill is unaffordable so your damage never stalls. Level 0 means “always use my maximum learned level.” Build your rotation at the Autoattack Master under Settings → Attack skill rotation.

Example: a Mage might queue Fire Bolt then Cold Bolt; a Knight might queue Bowling Bash. The engine respects each skill's real cast time and after-cast delay.

Eligibility

  • Active VIP (Patron) subscription required for @autoattack, @afk, and all @aa subcommands
  • If your VIP expires while farming, the brain stops automatically at the next heartbeat tick
  • Available on all job classes — configure heal/buff skills to match your build
Section 24

Economy v2 — the living economy

🟢 Economy v2 fully live — 17 Jun 2026. All five pillars active. Thermostat covers all scripted coin and medal sinks. Adventurer Exchange sells no stat buffs or boosts. No P2W items remain in any scripted sink. Central Bank watching daily.

Power is free forever; only status is scarce. Economy v2 turns that law into a self-tuning system: clear currencies with hard firewalls between them, deep cosmetic sinks that destroy currency instead of hoarding it, a public price-history for fashion, and a Central Bank that gently steers cosmetic prices so the realm never floods with idle coin. Nothing here sells power — every coin you spend buys a look, a rank, or a story.

The three-tier currency model

Every currency has one job, and the walls between them are deliberate. You earn the soft workhorse by playing; you earn status currencies by achieving; you bring real money only for convenience and flair — never for strength.

TierCurrencyWhat it is for
SoftAdventurer CoinsThe everyday workhorse. Earned by playing; spent on rentals, the forge, and routine cosmetic sinks.
StatusPrestige MedalsEarned through mastery. Spent at the Prestige Emporium and the Master Refiner gamble tier.
StatusSeason StandingA ladder rank, not a wallet. Climbs with seasonal play and resets each season. You cannot spend it.
PremiumGlorySoft-premium, earned from logins and gacha duplicate melt. Reserved for the Glory wallet only.
SeasonalFestival TokensTime-limited. Buys festival-exclusive cosmetics, then retires at season roll.
Real moneyCrystalsConvenience and cosmetics only. Never buys a stat, ever.

The firewalls. The currencies do not convert freely into one another, and the names never overlap. The biggest one we fixed: "Glory" now means exactly one thing — the spendable Glory wallet. The seasonal ladder that used to share that name is now called Season Standing everywhere. A new Currency Guide board in Prontera explains, in plain language, what each currency is and is not, so no one ever confuses a rank with a wallet.

Season Standing (the rename)

Season Standing is your rank on the seasonal ladder. It rises as you play the Seasonal Challenges and resets to zero at the start of every season — a fresh race for everyone. It is a number you climb, not a coin you hold. Festival Tokens are what you actually spend; Season Standing is what you are remembered by. The Seasonal Quartermaster shows your current Standing and the Top 15 leaderboard.

The Prismatic Forge (the infinite sink)

The Forge is where Coins go to become flair. Pay Coins to forge a single account-bound visual sigil — an aura or wing worn over your style, pure cosmetic, no stats. Each forge replaces your previous sigil, so it is a chase, not a hoard: the coins are destroyed every time, which is exactly what keeps the economy healthy.

ModeCostWhat you get
Random forgeCoinsA sigil from Common / Rare / Prismatic pools (78% / 20% / 2%). Every forge yields a sigil — no blanks, ever.
PityA Prismatic sigil is guaranteed by spin 60 if you have not hit one.
Chosen forgeCoins (higher, fixed)Pick one specific sigil outright — no chance involved.
Festival sigilsFestival TokensSeasonal-exclusive sigils. Unlock once; re-equip free forever after.

It is a restyle, not a wager. Every forge gives a guaranteed cosmetic, nothing is tradeable, and nothing is ever lost — so there is no gambling for a tradeable prize. The free Master Stylist still handles all hair and colour changes at no cost; the Forge only adds the aura/wing layer on top.

Fashion Rentals (velocity)

Wear the look without owning it. The Fashion Rental NPC turns Coins into time-limited style, so spending happens on a fast cadence instead of one permanent purchase — a steady, healthy drain.

LineDurationNotes
Aura rentals7 daysPremium auras, paid in Coins, auto-expire and can be re-rented.
24h glow1 dayCheap daily micro-spend — the everyday velocity sink.
Weekly luxurypermanentOne featured cosmetic each week, a permanent unlock sold only during its week. Rotates by the calendar — no RNG.

Everything here is a cosmetic with no stats, and every item is either auto-expiring or account-bound — status only, power stays free.

The Bursa: price history & the Wardrobe Registry

The Bursa Marketplace now remembers. Every completed sale is recorded, so when you open an item to buy it you see its recent price history — the average and the range of the last few sales — turning fashion into a transparent asset class instead of a guessing game. A new Wardrobe Registry board stands beside the Bursa as a read-only status surface for what the realm's wardrobes are worth.

Most earned cosmetics are account-bound at their source (logins, boutique, gacha), so they cannot be listed today — the price-history and registry work on whatever is already tradeable. Unbinding earned-source cosmetics is a documented, off-by-default founder choice, not an automatic change.

The Central Bank (the price float)

The Central Bank watches how much Coin is circulating and gently steers the price of cosmetics — and only cosmetics — to keep the realm healthy. When coins are everywhere, the scripted luxury sinks charge a little more; as circulation cools, prices ease back to baseline. It moves slowly: at most a small step each night, never a sudden jump, always within a fixed band. Visit the Central Bank teller in Prontera for a plain-language read on where prices stand and why.

What the float touchesWhat it never touches
The scripted sinks: Prestige Emporium (cosmetic headgears, garments & auras only), Mystery Crate (both coin and medal spins), Master Refiner gamble-tier Medal cost, Fashion Rental, the Prismatic Forge.Anything with power. No stat, combat, speed, HP, SP, or damage item is ever sold, rolled, or rented — so the float can never price-gate strength. Stat accessories were removed from the Emporium before the float was activated.
Only cosmetic / status prices, in basis points around a 1.0x baseline. The fixed-price shops (Adventurer Exchange, the Boutiques) — their prices never move.

The thermostat is live. Each night the economy report measures Coin-per-active-player. If circulation is rising too fast the Central Bank nudges cosmetic prices up (never more than a small step); if the economy is calm it drifts them back to the 1.0× baseline. Prices stay within a fixed band — never so high that the game feels expensive, never so low that cosmetics flood Midgard. It only ever steers the cost of looks and flexes — power is, and always will be, free.

Section 35

The Legend System — dual-track Renown

Renown is the single number that records everything you have done on NirvanaRO. It is earned by playing, never bought, and it grants no power — it is pure standing. Renown rides two tracks at once: a lifetime legacy that only ever grows, and a season climb that resets so everyone races fresh each season.

Two tracks, one number

Every Renown award credits both tracks at the same time. Your lifetime Renown is your permanent legacy — it never goes down and never resets. Your season Renown measures only what you have earned in the current season and zeroes out at season roll, giving newcomers and veterans the same fresh start on the seasonal ladder.

Renown is a record of deeds, not a currency. It cannot be spent, traded, or bought — power is, and always will be, free.

Section 36

Job Mastery — the 38-job collection

On a no-level server, Job Mastery is the long game. It is a horizontal, cosmetic-only mastery across all 38 jobs: play your active job, earn Mastery Points, climb that job's tiers, unlock its cosmetics and title, and slowly fill a 38-slot collection on the road to Grandmaster of Midgard. Mastery rewards are status — never stats.

The core loop

Mastery Points (MP) always belong to your active job — the class you are playing right now. Hunt and play, earn MP for that job, and watch its mastery tier rise. Switch jobs and you start building that job's mastery from where you left off, because progress is per-job and permanent.

StepWhat happens
Play your active jobMP accrues for the job you are currently on.
Hit the daily capEach day caps how much MP a job can gain — the spine of the system.
Climb the tiersEvery tier pays out a visible cosmetic, title, or aura.
Fill the collection38 jobs, 38 mastery slots — a living Pokedex of your career.

The daily cap is the point

There is a daily MP cap per job, and it is deliberate. It turns mastery into a marathon, not a sprint: you cannot no-life a job to Grandmaster in a weekend. The cap rewards the habit of showing up, paces the journey over weeks, and means a steady player and a hardcore player end up close together — exactly the no-P2W, no-power-creep spirit of the server.

Tip: spread your daily play across the jobs you want to master. Once a job hits its cap for the day, swap to another and keep the MP flowing where it still counts.

Every tier pays

Mastery tiers each unlock something you can see — a job title, then richer cosmetics, and at the top tiers a visible aura. Higher tiers light up with a stronger effect, so a maxed job is unmistakable to everyone around you. None of it touches your stats.

Grandmaster of Midgard

Fill all 38 mastery slots and you earn the realm's rarest standing: Grandmaster of Midgard. It is the collection's capstone — proof you have walked every path the game offers. The Mastery Advisor in the Valkyrie Hub shows your full dashboard across all 38 jobs, and the Hall of Mastery ranks the server's progress.

Job Mastery is per-character, permanent, and never decays. Everything it grants is cosmetic or a title — there is no stat reward anywhere in the system.

Section 37

Glory Runs — modifiers & badges

Glory Runs let you turn up the difficulty on your own terms. Stack modifiers onto a run to make it harder, prove you can clear it, and earn badges that mark the feat. The reward is the badge and the bragging rights — never extra power.

Modifiers

Before a run you can layer on modifiers — rules that make the content meaner. Each modifier you add raises the bar, and clearing a run with more modifiers active earns a higher-grade badge. Modifiers change the challenge, not your character: nothing here makes you stronger, it only makes the fight harder.

Modifier styleWhat it does
Tougher foesEnemies hit harder and endure more — raw difficulty.
Tighter rulesRestrictions on the run, such as a clock or limited resources.
Stacked layersCombine modifiers to push a run far past its baseline.

Badges

Clear a modified run and you earn a badge recording exactly how you did it. The more (and harder) the modifiers, the higher the badge grade. Badges are cosmetic trophies — a permanent mark of a run you actually cleared, shown off on your record.

Tip: start with one modifier to learn the rhythm, then stack more each time. Badge grade tracks the toughest run you have completed, so every harder clear is worth attempting.

Glory Runs are an optional difficulty layer. Modifiers only make content harder and badges are purely cosmetic — there is no stat or power reward for any run, at any difficulty.

Section 38

Server Firsts & Hall of Fame

Some deeds happen only once. The Hall of Legends keeps the realm's permanent record: the once-ever server firsts, and every season's hall of fame. It is the history of Midgard, written down for good.

Server Firsts

A server first is a feat that can be claimed exactly once on the whole server — the first King crowned, the first legendary relic claimed, the first soul to reach Grandmaster of Midgard, and more. When it happens, the name is written into the Hall of Legends as a timeline and can never be taken again. Major firsts are also announced to the realm and shared in Discord.

Example firstsWhat it marks
First King of MidgardThe first guild to seize and hold the Throne.
First Legendary RelicThe first adventurer to claim a relic from the world.
First GrandmasterThe first to master all 38 jobs.
First Codex MasterThe first to capture all 150 spirits.

Hall of Fame by season

When a season closes, its champions are inducted into that season's hall of fame — the top of each ladder, frozen in time. Browse the Hall of Legends by season to see who stood where when the season ended. Because lifetime legacy carries on but the season resets, each season's hall is a self-contained snapshot of who ruled that chapter.

Open the Hall of Legends →

The Hall of Legends is a read-only record. Nothing in it is for sale and nothing it grants is a stat — it exists only to remember.

Section 39

The Weekly Trial — a fresh gauntlet every week

The Weekly Trial is a timed survival gauntlet that resets every week with a new twist. Your score is how well you survive; your clear time and deaths are the tiebreak. Each week the whole ladder wipes so everyone races even — but the all-time record book never forgets the best run anyone has ever logged.

Two boards, one trial

Every run feeds two ladders at once. The weekly ladder ranks only this week's runs and resets at the week roll, so a great run is always within reach for newcomers. The all-time record book keeps your single best run forever — the permanent measure of the best you have ever done.

BoardWhat it ranksResets?
Weekly LadderYour best run this week, ranked by score then time then deaths.Every week
Record BookThe best run you have ever logged, plus your lifetime clear count.Never

The weekly affix

Each week a rotating affix bends the rules of the trial, so no two weeks play the same. The affix is announced at the week roll and shown on the Weekly Trial page so you know what you are walking into.

AffixWhat it does
NoneA clean run, no twist — pure pace.
BloodlustFoes strike for 130% ATK.
JuggernautFoes carry 140% HP.
FrenzyEvery wave spawns one extra foe.
Tip: every death adds a timing penalty and docks survival score, so a clean run beats a sloppy one even at the same wave. Learn the affix before you push for the leaderboard.

Open the Weekly Trial ladder →

The Weekly Trial rewards cosmetics, Coin, and Renown placement — never a stat. Score, time, and deaths decide the ladder; nothing here makes you stronger.

Section 40

Shadow Palace — Wing 2

The Shadow Palace raid deepens. Wing 2 extends the realm's flagship instanced raid past its opening bosses with new encounters, a Heroic difficulty to chase, and the seam toward a Mythic finale. It is endgame group content — coordination and execution, never gear gates.

Beyond the Gatekeeper

Wing 1 opened the Palace with its first bosses — the Gatekeeper, the Bound Twins, and the Hoarder King. Wing 2 carries your party deeper into the Palace with the next encounters in the chain, each a fresh test of party play. The raid stays fully instanced, so your run is yours alone.

Normal and Heroic

As in Wing 1, every encounter runs on two difficulties. Normal is the learning floor; Heroic turns the dial up for groups that want the harder clear and the standing that comes with it. Heroic is a status test, not a power shortcut — the loot is cosmetic and the prize is the clear itself.

DifficultyWhat it is
NormalThe standard clear — learn the fights and the chain.
HeroicThe hard mode — the clear that marks a top group.

The road to Mythic

Clearing Wing 2 on Heroic is the seam toward the Palace's eventual Mythic finale — the highest test the raid will offer. Each Heroic clear is logged as part of the realm's first-kill and pull history, so the groups who break new ground are remembered.

The Shadow Palace pays cosmetics and standing only. No boss in any wing, on any difficulty, drops a stat — the raid is a test of play, not a gear treadmill.

Section 41

The Stronghold — your guild's Hall

Every guild can raise a Stronghold — a Hall that grows as the guild does. Members pour the shared treasury into its levels, every unit given is logged to the giver, and whole guilds climb a combined-Renown ladder. The Hall is pure standing: a higher level is a brighter banner, never a stat.

The Hall and its levels

A Stronghold has a hall level from 1 to 10. Each level is a rung the whole guild shares — a louder banner and a higher place on the ladder. Levels are bought with the guild treasury, which holds three resources: Coins, Glory, and build Materials.

TreasuryWhat it is
CoinsThe guild's banked Coin, pooled toward the next level.
GloryPooled Glory, contributed by the members.
MaterialsBuild units — the raw material a Hall level consumes.

The contribution ledger

Every unit a member pours into the Hall is recorded to their name in the contribution ledger. It is the guild's honest record of who built the Hall, and it surfaces the realm's top builders on the Stronghold page. Building your Hall feeds your guild's Economy Renown.

The Guild Renown ladder

Beyond the Hall itself, every guild has a combined Renown score — the sum of every member's lifetime Renown. It is a whole-guild standing that lets guilds measure themselves against each other, and it ranks on the Stronghold page.

Tip: a Hall level and a Renown rank are two different races. Pour treasury to climb the Hall; recruit and play to climb the combined-Renown ladder.

Open the Stronghold halls →

A Hall is a monument, not a machine. Its level, treasury, and Renown are pure standing — nothing about a Stronghold grants a stat to anyone in the guild.

Section 42

Mentorship — veterans and newcomers

Mentorship pairs a seasoned player with a newcomer so the realm grows by passing knowledge down, not by handing power across. Helping a new player find their feet earns the mentor Community Renown and standing — never a stat, for either side.

How a pairing works

A veteran takes on a newcomer as a mentee. As the mentee plays and hits early milestones, the mentor is credited for guiding them. The reward is recognition: a Community Renown contribution and a place among the realm's mentors. Nothing about a pairing buffs either character.

RoleWhat they get
MentorCommunity Renown and standing for guiding a newcomer through their first steps.
MenteeA guide through the early game — knowledge, not handouts.

Why it is knowledge, not power

Mentorship is built to keep the no-P2W, no-power-creep spirit intact. A mentor cannot make a mentee stronger — they can only make them wiser. The credit a mentor earns flows into the Community bucket of their Renown, the same social track that Geng, guilds, and Kampung Halaman feed.

Mentorship rewards are Renown and standing only. Neither mentor nor mentee receives a stat, an item of power, or any advantage — only the knowledge passed between them.

Section 43

The Tycoon Ladder — the merchant's renown

Not every legend is forged in battle. The Tycoon Ladder gives the merchant player a status track of their own, scored entirely from the open economy you already play in. It feeds the Economy bucket of your Renown and ranks the realm's traders — richest, busiest, and most liquid.

Three sources, one score

Your Tycoon RP is built from three things you do as a merchant, each capped so no single activity runs away with the ladder. The combined score sets your merchant tier, and the Tycoon page ranks each source on its own board.

SourceWhat it measures
Net WorthLifetime Zeny earned through the open market.
Shop ValueThe live value of your vending shop right now.
Market-MakingHow many active marketplace listings you keep liquid.

The merchant tiers

Tycoon RP climbs through a ladder of merchant titles, capped at the top. Each tier is a cosmetic status rung — a title to wear, never a buff.

TierTycoon RP
Shopkeeper500+
Trader1,000+
Merchant Prince1,500+
Magnate2,500+
Tycoon3,000 (cap)

It feeds your Renown

Tycoon RP is a pull source for the Legend system: it flows into the Economy bucket of your overall Renown, right alongside fishing, gathering, and your Stronghold contributions. The Legend page now breaks Renown down across all six buckets — Hunting & PvE, PvP & Arena, Events, Job Mastery, Economy, and Community — so a merchant's climb shows up on the same legacy as a raider's.

Tip: a busy shop and a deep wallet are scored separately, so you do not have to choose. Keep listings live, keep your shop stocked, and let net worth build over time.

Open the Tycoon ladder →  ·  See the six-bucket Renown breakdown →

Tycoon standing is a record of trade, not a currency. It cannot be spent, traded, or bought, and it grants no stat — power is, and always will be, free.

Section 44

The Abyss — the bottomless solo descent

There is no top — only how deep you dare. The Abyss is an endless solo instance where every floor is harder than the last. You descend alone, and the only thing you bring back is the record of how far you fell. Reach the Gatekeeper in Prontera and step onto the descent rune.

How the descent works

Each run drops you into a fresh personal instance. Clear a floor, take the stair down, and the next floor is tougher. There is no clear condition and no finish line — you go until you can go no further. When the run ends, your deepest floor and the time you reached it are written to a permanent record book: one row per character, your best run ever, never erased.

What is recordedMeaning
Deepest FloorThe furthest your best descent has ever reached.
Best TimeHow fast you reached that depth — the tiebreaker on the board.
DescentsHow many runs you have banked over your lifetime.

The depth tiers

The floor your best descent reaches sets your depth title. Each tier is a cosmetic status rung — a name to wear, never a buff.

TierDeepest Floor
DelverFloor 5+
SpelunkerFloor 15+
AbyssalFloor 30+
VoidwalkerFloor 50+
PinnacleFloor 75+ (the deepest aura)

Leaderboards online

The Abyss page mirrors the Gatekeeper's boards: an overall deepest-of-all ranking, a per-job board for every supported class, and the global depth records. The board is the permanent record — the same one the game keeps — ranked by floor, then by the fastest time at that depth.

Tip: a deep run and a fast run are scored together — reaching the same floor quicker ranks you above someone who took longer. Pace matters as much as nerve.

Open the Abyss leaderboards →

The depth you reach is a record, not a reward you can spend. It buys nothing, trades for nothing, and grants no stat — only the standing of having gone deeper than anyone dared.

Section 45

Trial of the Job — one gauntlet per class

Every job has a solo skill gauntlet built to test the kit that defines it. The Trial of the Job is 38 class-specific trials — one for each supported job — and clearing them all earns the title of Master Tactician of Midgard. Find the Trial Master in Prontera and take the trial for your active job.

Eight archetypes, tuned per job

Your active job maps to one of eight combat archetypes, and each archetype has a trial template that tests that style. The same trial map runs every archetype — the template is tuned and named for your specific job, so a Ranger's precision check and a Sura's burst check feel nothing alike.

ArchetypeThe test
TankOutlast a relentless onslaught — no heal items allowed.
Melee BurstDrop a boss before its enrage timer runs out.
Ranged PrecisionA kiting DPS-check against an enraging boss.
Caster AoEClear a swelling swarm before it caps.
Healer EnduranceSurvive a long siege with no heal items.
StealthReach and slay a mark while staying undetected.
SummonerWin a war of attrition — let your pets carry, and survive.
HybridA wave, then a timed boss — mixed to the last.

Master Tactician of Midgard

Each first clear of a job's trial is permanent and one-time — it lights up that job on your cleared list (X/38) and pays a one-off Renown grant into your Job Mastery legacy. Clear all 38 and the realm hears about it: a server-wide announcement, a capstone achievement, and the Master Tactician title.

Tip: the trial always tests your active job, so switching jobs opens a new trial. Working through all 38 is a long, deliberate climb — not a daily grind.

Trial clears are status and Renown only. No trial grants a stat, an item of power, or any edge — only proof that you have mastered the kit of every class.

Section 46

Explorer Journal — Midgard's hidden places

Midgard keeps its secrets. The Explorer Journal is a solo, untimed discovery system — 64 hidden things to find, chipped away over weeks. Unlike the timed Treasure Hunt, this is a journal you build slowly, and every discovery is permanent. Visit the Explorer's Guild in Prontera to open yours.

What there is to find

A curated data-bank of 64 discoverables — not a map-scan, not a timer. You step on a place, solve a riddle, or fell a rumoured beast, and it is yours forever.

KindCountHow you find it
Landmarks28Vistas, monuments, and the edge of the world — touch the spot.
Hidden Wanderers16Secret NPCs tucked in obscure cells.
Lore Fragments12Whispered lines of history at quiet places.
Riddles6An untimed chain solved at the Guild.
Secret Bosses2Word-of-mouth solo summons, found on the kill.

The Pengembara ladder

Discovery tiers fire at 10, 20, 35, 50, and all 64 found. Each milestone pays Glory, a few Adventurer Coins, and an achievement; the top rungs grant the cosmetic Pengembara cloak and a completion aura. Renown is awarded once per new personal tier — a personal best, never farmable.

Tip: progress is tracked per account and shared across all your characters — you can chip at the journal on whichever character you happen to be playing.

The places you find buy nothing, trade for nothing, and grant no stat — only the standing of having walked further into Midgard's quiet corners than anyone else.

Section 47

Solo Contract Board — the daily ritual

A small, steady reason to log in. The Solo Contract Board rolls you three personalised contracts each day, drawn from the things you already do across the solo endgame. Complete them for Adventurer Coins and a touch of Renown, and keep a daily streak alive for a bonus.

Three contracts, rolled daily

The first time you open the board each day, three contracts are rolled and locked in — re-opening will not reroll them. Each contract reads your existing progress from a sibling endgame system, so the board is a layer on top of the play you are already doing, not a separate grind.

A contract might track…From
Monsters hunted todayIts own daily kill counter
A deeper Abyss floorThe Abyss
A job trial clearedTrial of the Job
A new discoveryExplorer Journal
Gathering done todayThe Gathering system
A spirit capturedSoul Codex

The streak bonus

Clear all three of a day's contracts and you bank that day on your streak. The first time you go 3-for-3 in a day pays a streak bonus on top of the per-contract rewards — a gentle nudge to come back tomorrow, never a punishment for missing a day.

Tip: because contracts read systems you already play, you will often finish one or two just by doing your normal session — check the board first so you know which to lean into.

Contract rewards are Adventurer Coins and a small one-off Renown grant only — never power, never a stat. The board rewards showing up, not paying up.

Section 48

Personal Estate — your home in Midgard

Everything you have earned across the solo endgame, gathered into one shareable home. Your Personal Estate is a public web page that reads your trophies straight from the systems you already play — Renown, Soul Codex, Job Mastery, the Abyss, Legendary Relics, throne reigns and server-firsts — and scores them into a single estate grandeur. It is the solo flex you can link to anyone.

What your estate shows

The estate page never asks you to do anything new — it simply reflects what your character has already achieved. Each trophy below is read live from its own system, so the moment you climb a ladder in-game, your estate reflects it.

Estate grandeur & the visit count

Every trophy adds to your estate's grandeur — a single status score that climbs from a Wandering Tent all the way to a Royal Palace. The grander your home, the higher it sits in the public directory of the realm's finest estates. Estates also keep a visit count, so a home that everyone wants to see rises on its own merit.

Visiting & sharing

Open the Personal Estate page on the control panel to browse the grandest estates of Midgard, ranked by grandeur and visits. Search any character to see their home, or copy your own estate link to share it — the page carries a social preview, so it unfurls cleanly wherever you paste it.

Tip: there is nothing to "build" by hand. Keep playing the solo endgame — capture a spirit, master a job, sink deeper into the Abyss — and your estate grows itself. Grandmaster of Midgard earns a crown on your crest.

The estate is pure status: a reflection of trophies you already earned, scored into grandeur for bragging rights only. Nothing on it grants power or a stat, and nothing about it can be bought — it is earned, shown, and shared.

Section 11

GearScore — The Prestige Ladder

Every piece of equipment you wear has a score. NirvanaRO adds those scores up and ranks every online player every 30 seconds. The top 10 earn live stat buffs that announce to Midgard exactly who the most geared adventurers are.

How Your Score Is Calculated

Your GearScore is the sum of four dimensions across all equipped gear:

DimensionFormula
WeaponATK + MATK + weapon-level bonus
Armor(DEF × 2) + item weight
Grade & Refinegrade bonus (D→A) + refine table per weapon/armor level
Item Tiersheadgear tier bonus + accessory tier bonus + card tier bonus

Type @gearscore anywhere to see your full breakdown — weapon subtotal, armor subtotal, grade/refine, and tier contributions listed separately.

The Top-10 Ladder & Power Buffs

Every 30 seconds the server ranks all online players. The top 10 receive live buffs that appear in your stat window:

RankBuff
🥇 Rank 1+15 ATK / +15 MATK / +15 DEF
🥈 Ranks 2–5+10 ATK / +10 MATK / +10 DEF
🥉 Ranks 6–10+5 ATK / +5 MATK / +5 DEF

Buffs drop within one 30-second tick of leaving the top 10. The ladder only counts players who are logged in — offline characters do not hold a rank.

Item Tiers — The Card & Gear Chase

Not all items score equally on the Tier dimension. Rarer gear carries a higher tier, and higher tiers contribute more to your GearScore:

CategoryTier 1Tier 2Tier 3Tier 4Tier 5
Cards+0+10+25+45+70
Headgear+0+15+35+60
Accessory+0+20

Tier 5 cards include the rarest MVPs: Ifrit, Kiel D-01, Thanatos, Gloom Under Night, Tao Gunka, Ktullanux, Atroce — each worth +70 per slot. Slotting four Tier 5 cards in a weapon alone adds +280 to your score. The Legendary Relics (1/500,000 drop, one per account) are Tier 2 accessories (+20 each).

GearScore is purely cosmetic status — the buffs are a small bonus on top of your real build, not a power gate. The ladder is about bragging rights and knowing who the kings of the market are.
